Therapy rooted in compassion & authenticity
I believe growth doesn’t come from having everything figured out - it comes from learning to make meaning of the mess. My work centers on helping you find clarity within the complexity of your inner world, with curiosity, compassion, and a steady sense of support.
I take a strengths-based, mindfulness-centered, and IFS-informed approach, while also integrating solution-focused work to help you move toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore your experiences in a way that honors your resilience and builds on what’s already working.
I aim to create a warm, open space where you can show up fully as yourself, where you feel heard, understood, and validated. In our work, all emotions are welcome: sadness, frustration, discomfort, and even joy. Each feeling has something to say, and none of them have to be faced alone.
